After running into the Children of the Corn at the Van Cortland Park Track, the XC team decided to hop back into the athletic vans and we headed to Columbia’s track to try to start the workout again. A little while after the workout was finished and I was doing taking splits I focused on the game and this time I saw the grown ass man once again barreling down the center of the field with the ball in one hand and on defender to beat but instead of beating him, he decided to make him another victim and he once again trucked this poor kid right onto his back and he took the shoot and scored. He then turned towards center midfield, all out sprinted towards midfield ignoring his teammates hands that were stuck out to congratulate him and got to the midfield and started to do the stanky legg. At first I was wondering what he was trying to do but once I saw his leg sick out and his hand grab his head I was in shock. Not only did I believe that this kid wasn’t in 6th grade, but what 6th grader knows what the stanky legg is because obviously his teammates didn’t because they started to jump on him like he was their father, but even that was going to stop him from doing the stanky legg
